Each student will research, write, and deliver an informative speech for 5-7 minutes.  The goal of this speech is to teach, to inform. Choose a topic you care about, something for which you have passion, something you already know about. Do NOT advocate in this speech, but simply teach the class something.... How to set up a safe Facebook profile, How to get involved in community service, How to travel to Africa for less than $500, How to use an internet search engine etc. The speech must be well organized, planned and rehearsed. It is evaluated on delivery, organization, careful research and support, clarity of ideas, and listening value. Two or more sources
