The film "The Are
Only 2 Genders: Change My Mind" is a discussion in the street aiming to
collect views regarding the attitude of people regarding gender and sexuality.
The narrator considers the topic, "The Are Only 2 Genders," as
controversial and he hopes the participants will successfully change his mind
by convincing him about the existence of more than two genders. He recognizes
that people use three approaches that are not affected by how the way he treats
them during sensitive discussions. Crowder uses several interactive strategies
to engage the participants such as basing his arguments on fact, taking turns
during conversations and handling the audience diplomatically to ensure decorum
during the interaction.
First, Crowder uses facts to pursue the participants to agree with his point of view.
