Throughout the past few weeks we have explore the history of the United States regarding inequality. I have challenged you to look at situations through the perspective of others who are not part of the dominate culture. We have covered at the major groups of African American, Native American, Latina/os, Asian American, those who identify as LGBTQ and gender issues. We explored inequalities and contributions. As this quick semester comes to an end please write in the journal what has most affect you. What did you learn about yourself? How will this impact how you will view social justice moving forward and what can you do to improve equality for others. Have your views on the recent protests changed, why or why not?
