SUBJECT: Hiring an additional staff member

I want to bring to your intention a planned hiring process for an employee to fill a position in our emergency department. Due to the increased number of medical cases over the last couple of weeks, we resolved to recruit an additional employee to ease the health care burden on the limited number of staff. The process of personal analysis will entail the collection of necessary information regarding the recruits. To determine candidates' suitability, information regarding experience, education level, and compliance with county medical standards will be collected and reviewed from applicants.
Once hired, the new employee will fit into the organization chart by working under my supervision. In terms of rank, the new employee will be racked below me and work with others hand in hand to deliver quality and boost response time for different medical needs. The staff will be incorporated in the emergency care department; this department has experienced a staff shortage for some weeks now. We believe this recruit will help speed operations.
