Planning is important for ensuring that you are meeting your campaign goals, objectives, and outcomes. One tool can help with the planning, implementation, and evaluation of your campaign is a logic model. A logic model is a systematic and visual way to present the relationships between different aspects of your campaign.  It provides a picture of how you believe your campaign will work. Inputs include resources such as human, financial, organizational, community resources that will be used to complete the work in your campaign.  Activities are what the program does. This includes any processes, tools, events, technology, actions that are part of the campaign. Outputs are the direct products of the program activities and may include many levels and targets of services. However, for this campaign you will only need to focus on your target population. Outcomes are the specific changes that you believe your campaign will lead to. Usually these are broken into short-term and long-term outcomes. Process Evaluation refers to what are the steps, tools, activities that you are going to conduct to ensure that your campaign activities are going along as intended. Outcome evaluation refers to how you are going to quantify whether your campaign was successful in achieving the campaign goals and objectives.
