a long time, Amazon has resisted the efforts of its workers to unionize.
Employees' noticed and failed union efforts have suddenly become relevant as
Amazon confronts increasing labor unrest in the United States. Some Amazon
workers have shown agitation for the need for change because there has been
negligence. Amazon now is facing a union vote, which serves as the most
prominent labor challenge in the history of the United States. The union vote is a democratic exercise that
will make the employees decide whether to join the Department Store, wholesale
or retail union. Amazon now has a challenge of passing a message to whether it
has a sense of democracy and is organizable everywhere.
