DISCUSS THE HISTORY OF THE DEFINITION AND THE GENOCIDE CASES ON WHICH IT IS BASED. WHAT SUBJECTS ARE INCLUDED AND EXCLUDED FROM THE DEFINITION? YOUR ANSWER SHOULD COMPARE THE APPLICATION OF THE DEFINITION TO OTHER GENOCIDE CASES. FINALLY, COMPARE THE LEGAL DEFINITION WITH SOCIAL SCIENCE APPROACHES TO THE STUDY OF GENOCIDE.
