The proposed topic aims to investigate visual representations of women accountants in annual reports and company websites. It explores how learning and practices of Saudi females in the accounting fields are represented, and potential factors of conflicts, based on norms and expectations, that these images may reveal. The study will be conducted using annual reports from the public website.
