Health care has become very diversified, mainly due to the increase in medical complications. It is also important to note that different human ailments respond differently to various medical interventions. For example, some health problems cannot be treated through medication; some have to be treated with medicine prescribed by professional medical personnel. That is why the field experiences several alternative treatments. Some of the highly adopted alternative interventions are holistic health, traditional approaches, and the scientific strategies that rely on evidence-based treatment.

I think the future implication of holistic health will entail a more elaborate process and wider coverage of the type of medications it can treat. For example, the more holistic health is applied, the more people understand that every person has inner healing power. This understanding implies that, in the future, more people will be willing to partake in holistic health as their primary intervention to various medical complications.

Additionally, the future of holistic health encompasses an understanding that patient education on lifestyle changes is the key to unlocking universal energy in dealing with different medical complications. As such, self-care will promote holistic wellness. Additionally, a significant number of main-stream medical centers have not fully adopted the application of holistic wellness; in the future, such facilities are likely to notice the benefits of the intervention and encourage their patients to take part.
