Executive Summary

This report aimed to discuss the SWOT analysis of Ford company in the view of the external environment addressed in the previous submission. To achieve this objective, the report clustered core business processes at Ford and looked at key internal and external strategic factors. Regarding the internal business factors, the study found that Ford has the ability due to its popularity, finances, and adaptability. The research also revealed that Ford performs poorly by relying on a few markets, having its products recalled, and losing vital staff skill sets. The report also revealed that Ford has essential business opportunities such as technological advancement, high demand, and digital marketing. Finally, Ford has some market threats, such as the high cost of operations and competition.
