What are the author’s other major arguments? Does the author provide sufficient evidence for these arguments? What are the strengths and weaknesses of this evidence? And, finally, are you convinced? Then on a separate page, address the following: According to the book Fear City, what were the government responses to New York City's fiscal crisis in the 1970s? How did these responses fundamentally change the city? Who does the author argue benefited from this change? Who does the author argue didn't benefit from this change? Support your answers with evidence from the book.
