Explain how Fascism leaders came to power in either Italy and/or in Germany during the time period after World War I (the Great War). You may discuss some or all of several aspects of fascism such as: the ways that civil liberties are denied, targeting certain ethnic groups as being "inferior"; military arrest of the artists, the academics, and non-conformists; and the activities to overtake a democracy government.
