Expanding Ideas into Larger Piece of Writing

I used a top-down strategy when revising my paper; where I started with the content, referencing material, organization of ideas and finally check grammar and other dynamics. First, I decided to start from the higher content because it would guide me on what to change on other minor things in my essay. For example, in my discussion on 'eating disorder being a global issue,' the main content that I wanted to revise was to prove that eating disorder was really affecting countries worldwide. The hardest challenge in completing this task involved reconciling ideas regarding eating disorders. Globally, people beliefs on eating habits are different, bringing these beliefs together during my revision was the hardest task. Finding recent and relevant pieces of research is continuously a challenging thing. Other than the materials found in my school library, other sources do not have modern and free-to-access content. I am most proud of the steps I have taken over the last part of the semester. I have learned how to organize my ideas and communicate clearly with my readers. Mainly in my revision, I was proud to notice that my essay improved significantly
