Please review this article on "eviction court" and think about: 1) How might we balance the "needs" of the landlords to earn money at the same time to meet the "needs" of renters? 2) There are estimates that because of these renter/landlord issues of an increase of 35-45% in terms of Homelessness in California/Los Angeles County? What can we do NOW to prevent some of this?
