You are employed as a counselor in the adolescent ward of a mental hospital.  As one of your duties you lead a group for young people who are required to attend the sessions.  You sense an unwillingness on the part of the members to come to the group.  In addition, one of the participants is the  nephew of one your close friends that you have known for  seven years.  What are the ethical problems involved?
