among others. The headquarters of the company is based in Stockholm Sweden and
has been ranked severally as the second largest, regarding sales of household
appliances in the world following the Whirlpool Company. Currently, the company
has over 55,000 employees in its over 60 countries where it operates. In
gaining its competitive position, the company has had its fair share of
internal and external attributes which determines its positioning in the
market. The strategy of the company is to lead through operational excellence
