Introduction

Victoria's Clothing Alterations (VCA) is a company that has been in operation for over 25 years. The firm operates within the textile and apparel industry, where it provides different assortments of cloth for males and females. For a long time, the company has continually faced the challenge of collecting and maintaining accurate data regarding its customers. For example, VCA usually misses information regarding customer demographic data such as location and distribution, customer frequency visits to the firm, and inability to account for revenue generated from each store. Fit/Gap Analysis

Since VCA has multiple requirements to meet to smoothen its data collection and storage activities, several modules of ERP are required to facilitate the transition. The first requirement is to control and record the activities of all employees in the firm. This need can is solved through the use of Human resource management, which is a module of SAP ERP vendor.
