The consequences lead to deprivation of living standards of not only the people involved in labor but also that living in the society. Crimes, theft, illicit activities and economic loss to state are few of the consequences. The objective of the thesis is how to provide alternative working mechanism to demotivate the youths from joining illicit drug business. Can the demotivation be instilled through fear or economic upliftment?
