Manage Time Effectively and Cope with Distractions * Time management is a skill that many college students are not "taught", but rather just develop on their own. Describes three (3) ways to manage your time effectively based on your unique life situation. Identify three (3) main distractions and identify three(3) ways to manage them. Apply Psychology to the Challenge of Test Anxiety * Imagine that you are a college student who experiences terrible test anxiety. First, describe the thoughts and feelings you imagine experiencing prior to and during the test. Second, identify three (3) strategies that could successfully help you manage or overcome test anxiety. Perhaps you could practice the strategies in an upcoming test.
