The language used is not easy to read, therefore, a bit complicated. Modern news coverage is characterized by the use of simple and precise language; these factors are considered as qualities of a good newspaper (Roksvold, 108).

However, the majority of the modern-day news coverage is labeled analysis, despite providing the same necessary details as old news reporting.
