Questions: the articles and video in part 2 explore the different concerns, values and perspectives involved in the consideration of privacy.  For example, what is considered as privacy?  How is government surveillance related to privacy?  What rights and values are involved in privacy?  What should be considered when negotiating a balance between privacy and surveillance?  Exploring these issues will help you answer the following questions.  You are also encouraged to use ideas and theoretical perspectives from Part 1 course materials in your analysis here. Are there some rights that come into conflict in this context? If so, what are they? What is the appropriate balance to strike between them?  Should universities not just notify students but also ask them for their input before implementing monitoring of student social media accounts? Why or why not?
