The following plan will help me to
ensure that future clients or employees can interact and provide feedback
effectively.
Feedback Individual vs. Group: I
will provide feedback to individuals and groups. To encourage growth and
teamwork, it is important to acknowledge the unique contributions made by each
individual while also acknowledging their collective efforts.
I will focus on giving feedback
based on results and tangible outcomes. This helps employees understand
the direct relationship between their efforts and your company's success.
Measuring All Important Results, I
will create mechanisms to measure every important outcome, qualitative or
quantitative. This comprehensive approach ensures that all important
results will be noted and rewarded.
Quantitative Data: I will, whenever
possible, use numerical data that is clear and precise to support my
feedback. This gives concrete evidence about performance and progress. It
helps to set goals, track progress, and measure achievements.
Employees Have control over
measured results: I will empower and empower my staff by giving them a chance
to manage their tasks and results. This ownership of outcomes increases
motivation and job satisfaction according to me.
