Find an article in the current literature on Customer Service in Hospitals. In addition, research an industry outside of healthcare that is well known for customer service such as Southwest Airlines, Nordstrom or Disney. Prepare a 3 page summary of your findings about customer service in hospitals and what hospitals can learn about customer service from leaders in service outside the industry. Page one must be an abstract summary that is 4 paragraphs long summarizing all the research.
