Create a summary of what is the main course of COVID for patients in the ICU, describing cytokine storm, and also the medications being used for the disease. While there are many medications being tried, there are a few that are being used the most. It is mostly steroids (dexamethasone 6mg - 10mg daily x 10 days) and remdesivir 200mg on day 1 then 100mg daily x 4 more days (total of 5 days treatment course).  There are also other measures such as anticoagulation which is important.
