After reviewing the Library of Congress talk about Court Packing, what do you think about this issue? What factors are causing this issue to be raised again? What is the likelihood of such a process taking place? Would it be justified? why or why not? Is 9 Justices a reasonable number to hear cases with such a tremendous impact on our democracy?
