The organization or industry should be construction based or building construction .  I study health and safety in construction, so answer should reflect the tasks of health and safety adviser. The learning outcome question 1 should be used to give answer to assessment criteria 1.1 - 1.5. Same with applying Element 2 learning outcome to answer assessment criteria 2.1a - 2.1d etc . Every element question should be numbered and answered with at least 3 -4 different examples and please give evidence to support your examples . For instance If you say you use All Hand Meetings to create opportunities and communicate health and safety information in your organisation , you should support it with evidence document to show what happen or give me links in your reference to create one myself .  For example Element 1.1 number and write the question out and give answer , same to apply for all the other elements pls. The number of pages should be 4 pages It should be written as a reflective account that is I did this or we carry out this, clearly showing my involvement in the activites . It should be my own work. I have included Guidance Notes in each assessment criteria
