The House of Representatives and the Senate are the two chambers of the United States Congress involved in a legislative process. They differ in size, structure, and accountability to the people of the U.S. According to the size, the House of Representatives is the larger, with 435 members, each representing a district within a state (Dautrich et al., 2020).
