I encourage you to read the book on your own some day soon.  For now, we are going to focus on the "Rules" the author has outlined. Diversity and inclusion is rarely covered in PR textbooks for reasons I am sure you can guess. The field of PR lacks diversity. So, how does one communicate effectively in a multicultural society? It's an easy read and more importantly, a good read. I am confident that you will enjoy it and likely learn a lot from reading the book.
