1.      Briefly describe three of the benefits of implementing comprehensive classroom behavior management.

Comprehensive classroom behavior management helps the learning environment in many ways. First, it leads to better classroom management. With the increased need for a united class, comprehensive classroom behavior management ensures no one is left behind in behavior moderation. This allows teachers to manage classrooms easily because all learners will exhibit appropriate behaviors. Secondly, comprehensive classroom behavior management boosts purpose and unity of direction for all leaders. Managing behaviors in a classroom determine how students understand the learning objectives set for every module. When all students' behaviors are addressed all at once, it becomes easier for them to understand what they need to do to attain different learning objectives. Having common behaviors and values also helps students move in the same direction in a class by paying attention to the teacher and doing what it takes to learn as a group. Finally, comprehensive behavior management helps set individual goals for students with problem behavior and unite them with the rest of the learners. Through this approach, students develop a good relationship with each other and promote cooperative learning.
