The general climatic condition of the
world has been experiencing shifts which have made the temperatures to rise
with about 1.5 Fahrenheit over the past century, and as if this is not enough, further
temperature increase with about 0.5-8.6 F is anticipated in the next hundred
years. Taking the United States, for example, it has been argued that global
temperatures have caused significant changes in the weather and climate with
many places experiencing rainfall that has led to flood and consequently
droughts. More than ever, most of the states and nations are experiencing the
most severe and frequent heat waves that did not use to be there before the
