Conquering a job search live lesson was an essential resource because it helped me understand myself and my profession. For example, when participants shared how they would define themselves to a hiring manager, I understood the importance of being precise in laying out my best qualities and aligning them with the job description.  This means I should be able to describe; what I like to do and what other people think about my strengths in the job opportunity. I also learned the importance of answering questions specifically. For example, when asked ‘about me,’ I should be able to establish what makes me unique. This knowledge is critical to building my career profile and success.
