Prepare and submit an outline of your plan for accomplishing the final project.

Prepare an outline for the final project you will turn in at the end of the class. The outline should include a cover page, an introduction, and then a listing of the major sections to be covered through the class. The major sections are listed below this lines. In addition to the major sections, the outline should include some initial points to be made under each major section and accomplishments and or issues, provide information about the products and services and articulate how the study of this company will assist in your area of concentration. There should be at least 5 references listed (in APA format) that will be utilized throughout the writing of the paper. This must be a publicly traded multinational company.

Week 1 - Choose an organization (company) to study in my case is COLUMBIA SPORTWEAR, provide a brief introduction (1 to 1-1/2 pages) of your chosen company, discuss why you’ve chosen this particular company (listed on the NYSE or NASDAQ), and how you plan to study this company considering the areas/disciplines covered by the course

Week 2 – Leadership Analysis and Ethical Factors (mission/core values)

Week 3 – Strategic Analysis - the Value Proposition, Channels, Customer Segments 

Week 4 – Economic Analysis, Revenue Streams, & Peregrine Assessment; 4 Economic Market Models & Implications; Peregrine Exam        

Week 5 – Customer Relationships, Key Activities, Demand Analysis & Graduate Exit Survey

Week 6 – Key Partnerships, Key Activities, Cost Structures, Financial Analysis  (Ratios and Profitability Analysis) and Report Financial Results/Analyses

Week 7 – Overall Organizational Assessment, Conclusion and Employer Survey

Week 8 – Oral Presentation on Organizational Assessment and Reflection on Course, MBA Program
