Risk Management: Describe risks to the business and plans to mitigate those risks, especially any risks that are unique to the business. Insurance: Explain what type of insurance coverage is needed for the business at start-up. Intellectual Property: Describe any IP the business will own and how it will be protected from inherent risks. Business Legal Form: List the legal form of business (i.e., sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, or corporation) and why that is the most viable business form at start-up. HR Implications: Describe the business need for employees, contract and gig workers, agency support, and service providers.
