Select a legal case or article from any source (magazine, news sources, or Google search) on any business law topic. Read the case carefully.  Write a 1-2 page paper using the following case review format and addressing each of the following, identified issues. What is the name of the case or article? Has the case been filed in a state or federal court? What stage is the case in?   Pre Trial, Trial, Post Trial? Who are the Plaintiffs and Defendants? What is the legal issue?  (Contract/Tort/Property, Corporate operation, Fiduciary, etc.) Summarize the facts surrounding the dispute and each party’s position. What did the court hold?  What was its decision and supporting reasoning Write a short paragraph stating whether you support, or do not support, the decision and stating your reasoning.
