Work with your group to plan a three-year process improvement initiative for Diecraft Australia. Recommend year-by-year changes to the organizational structure, training, measurement, reporting, and governance. Develop a process improvement initiative to successfully implement BPM. Be careful not to disrupt the delivery schedule or to make the company unprofitable! Recommend strategies for attracting additional staff, motivating and retaining the right talent, and costs to train new staff.
