the files i have included aren't necessary to use, from a quick read i just think they have contain the main components of what is needed in the essay. Essentially the essay needs to demonstrate how beneficial yoga is for helping professionals because they work in high stress environments where they are giving all day and that takes a toll on their emotional health overall.
