Assignment 1 Our personal histories, and the values they represent, enable us to exhibit our character, especially in tough times. With these thoughts in mind, please respond to the questions below as you reflect on who you are and who you want to be as a leader. Who are you as a leader (i.e., your leader identity)? Create a personal history. Reflect on those moments and experiences that have shaped you as a leader. Design a personal timeline that reflects high moments in your life and low, incidents that changed you (crucibles and achievements), others who have influenced you, turning points and important decisions that established your moral code as a leader. Your paper should be between 2,500 and 3,000 words and utilize APA format requirements. Be sure to review the grading rubric to meet or exceed the expectations for this assignment. This assignment is due at the end of Week 2 and is worth 25% of your final grade. This type of assignment is a bit like auto ethnography, in which the author recounts personal experiences, in a first person narrative, that are typically aligned with some form of theoretical framework.
