Consider the scenario that you are responding to for Writing Project #2. It is important to consider your audience (and possible secondary audiences) before you write. Think about who you are writing to (Robert California) and answer the following questions with 2+ sentences each.  Who is the primary audience for your email response? Who is the secondary audience or other possible audiences that might read your email response or care about this information? How do I think my audience will react to the message? Positive/Negative/Something else? Why do you think that? What are each audience’s values, priorities, and constraints? What do they value, depending on their position in the company? What will they be thinking about as they read your email? Might they be under any constraints while they read/respond your message?  What information will be most important to my audience? How do I establish and build credibility with my audience?
