In a paper, explain how the Articles of Confederation were/are different than the Constitution. Explain the reasons the founders wanted a weak federal government like they had in the Articles and explain the problems with a federal government that was too weak. Also explain how the Constitution provided for a stronger federal government while still protecting the rights of the people.
