Introduction

At times, human beings experience intense feeling which can be categorized as beyond their usual way of behaving. Additionally, instances of repeated episodes characterized by fear may reach a point which may be identified as unique for people. In such incidences, the most probable illustration of their behavioral changes attributed to anxiety disorders. According to McLoone, Hudson, and Rapee (2016), anxiety disorder is an extreme situation where human beings experience persistent panic concerning matters which do not warrant such level of worry.
