Analytical Report: Nursing Leadership Style

Nursing leadership is elemental towards the fulfilment of healthcare objectives; providing quality services to patients. In a bid to understand the whole concept of nurse leadership, primary data was collected from seven respondent. Therefore, this discussion offers an analytical report of the data collected.

Out of 7 people surveyed (85%) proved to have tremendous experience in leadership or management post in their respective places of work. That is 4 respondents had over 10 years of experience. This biodata concerning the target population indicates that a large number of respondents had enough skill, knowledge, and expertise to provide reliable feedback regarding research questions posed by the researcher. High experience in a nursing leadership position also signifies that the respondents were well vast on matters of management and issues affecting nurses in their daily functions in the line of duty.
