Purpose:  The student will analyze the organizational mission, vision/philosophy, theoretical framework, and political activism of a professional nursing organization selected by the student. Further, the student shall identify and discuss the organization's impact on current political issue(s) and nursing practice.  This paper must meet the 750+ word requirement; APA style is expected including cover and reference pages. Organization chosen is the Society of Pediatric Nurses.
