Discuss at least two initiatives which the airline is undertaking. Examples of initiatives include, but are not limited to, carbon offset programs, fuel efficiency, recycling, and alternative energy development. In addition, discuss how the airline is communicating their efforts to the public. What marketing channels are they using? In your opinion, do they need to do more to let the public know?
