Once again you will write a 3-4-page essay in current APA format that addresses the questions below. Your essay must include at least 2 references to scholarly sources (the course material and/or other scholarly sources). All citations must be in current APA format and a reference page must be included at the end of your essay. The reference page does not count towards the 3-4-page total. Unlike the short essay, you do not have the PowerPoint option for this assignment. In your essay answer the following questions in complete sentences: What methods did Wassily Kandinsky use to change art? How did he feel about art and spirituality? Why was Kandinsky considered the pioneer of abstract art and who were some of his influencers and cohorts? Once you have completed this assignment you should be able to understand why Kandisnksy is credited with being the founder of abstract painting and how he used spirituality to influence his art.
